Yeah~ We are so excited! Marion Clare's nursery is finished. My dad was out of town this week, so my mom loaded up the dogs :) and came to visit and to help us get this little girl's room completed. My mom is a great decorator. So much better than me. Again, I'm wondering why I did not get any of this creativity. We couldn't be happier with the way the room turned out. The pictures do not do it justice. You have to come for a visit. I just hope that Marion Clare will love her room as much as I do. My sweet husband painted the walls and the ceiling. I didn't do much(I just picked everything out), and my mom did a terrific job of placing everything in the room. Thanks Mom~ You are the BEST! We Love You SO Much!

Marion Clare's Nursery. We are so excited that it is finished. We can't wait until she is here!

The bedding turned out perfect. I picked out the fabric that I liked(not for sure how it would turn out). My friend, Courtney, gave me the name of the person who made her bedding. We couldn't be happier with it. My sweet friend, Ashley, made the precious painting above the crib. It turned out perfect. She even wrote the sweetest note to Marion Clare on the back. Ashley has been blessed with so much talent and creativity. Thank You, Ashley for such a sweet gift. We love you!
I absolutely love her room. My mom and I both hung out in her room for awhile the other night just talking about all the things we have to look forward to. We decided to put a small black table next to her crib. We put the baby monitor on top and the cd player on the bottom.

We can't wait to start reading all these books to her (I guess it's the teacher in me). It's hard to tell from this picture, but there are some older books from when Scotty was little that his mom had in the attic.
An inside look at her closet. We might have to find her another closet pretty soon. :)

Oh My Gosh!! It is so perfect! Everything is so adorable and I love the pink with the black and white. The bedding did turn out prefect! I can't wait to come up and see it. You are very creative, the room turned out just the way you wanted!

I LOVE the room! Thanks for letting us come & see it & for Scotty cooking out. It was wonderful! I just can't WAIT to have that little bed filled. I am counting the days. I LOVE the wall hanging that Scotty was excited about, it wasn't there the other day. It is precious.
